How many people will come for my wedding?

No two weddings are same and our team size depends on the scale of your wedding and your expectations. Our team consists of minimum of 5 people for small weddings and
8-10 for larger than life grand celebrations.

Booking us is easy! Just click "Contact Us" and share a few details — like your event dates, flow, and guest count — and we’ll take it from there. what are the payment terms?

Our payment terms is as below.
30% at the time of the booking.
60% on the first day of the event.
10% during delivery.

What are the delivery timelines?

The first set of photos you receive is our handpicked collection of highlights from all your events — what we lovingly call the Editor’s Choice. Delivered within 10 working days, it’s a beautiful glimpse into your celebration while the full story is being prepared. The complete photo gallery takes up to 35 working days, as each image is carefully curated, color-graded, and perfected to match our signature style. When it comes to your wedding film, it’s more than just editing — it’s storytelling at its most heartfelt. We begin by selecting the most powerful footage, weaving it together with real conversations, candid moments, and interview bytes to create a genuine narrative. The music is chosen with great care to reflect your emotions, and only then do we begin the meticulous editing process that brings everything to life.Creating your film is deeply personal and creatively demanding — and during peak wedding season, the post-production journey takes time. We typically deliver all final films within 3–4 months, ensuring every frame is as meaningful and magical as the day itself.

How are your services priced?

Our pricing depends on your event’s size, duration, location, and the type of coverage you need. Since every wedding is unique, we create custom packages just for you. Share your details, and we’ll send over

Do we need to cover your travel and accommodation?

Yes, travel and accommodation are to be covered by the client. We typically require economy class airfare and comfortable accommodation close to the event location. Staying near or with the family allows us to seamlessly capture candid, behind-the-scenes moments and ensures we're well-rested and fully present throughout your celebrations.

Do you offer discounts on your packages?

Yes, we do offer select discounts and incentives:
|Early Booking Benefit: Enjoy a 10% discount when you make the full payment at least 6 months in advance.Referral Reward: For every confirmed referral, you receive a bonus of ₹20,000 as a token of our appreciation.
We believe in rewarding trust and long-term relationships, and these offers are our way of saying thank you.

what are your terms and conditions ?

  • 30% of the total quote is required to secure the date.

  • 60% of the total quote is due on the last day of the wedding (cash).

  • 10% of the total quote is payable upon delivery.

  • Image copyrights remain with The Wedding Pictures.

  • Clients must provide a hard disk on the pre-wedding day for backup. We return it during final delivery. We are not responsible for data loss if no backup hard disk is provided.

  • One round of changes is allowed for the wedding highlights & wedding teaser; further changes are chargeable.

  • Once the client selects music, it cannot be changed after editing.

  • We will maintain backups for 30 days post-delivery.

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days (2 months) prior to the event will incur a 20% retention of the advance amount. This retained amount can be adjusted against any future booking with us within 12 months from the original event date.

    Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will result in a forfeiture of the entire advance amount, and no refund will be issued.

    We appreciate your understanding, as bookings involve blocking dates and dedicating resources in advance.

  • Charges are exclusive to listed services. Additional services will be charged extra.

  • Travel, food, and accommodation are not included and must be provided by the client (for assignments outside Mumbai & delhi).
